Had a tankless water heater installed for the first time - Navien 210S2. Did lots of research and had lots of questions for Barry (owner). He responded quickly and did a very good job getting us comfortable with which unit to use & with meeting city of Rocklin specs. Installing tankless for first time is more involved since all lines and vents need to be rerouted. Tony, the plumber who did the installation, did a great job making all that happen in a neat & efficient way even explaining certain things as he went along. He was polite & easy to talk to. After install Barry kept his word by coming by & stress testing the system. Turned on multiple faucets, gas dryer and central heating all at once. Unit passed with room to spare. Waiting on permit, but have little doubt that there will be no issues with the city. Really like the unit and the efficiency, 95% efficient. Hard to beat that. I have no reservations recommending Armoured Plumbing.

Armored Plumbing is outstanding! I highly recommend this company. I’ve had two different service employees out for two different jobs and both gentleman were great. Al came to my house and did an outstanding job. Mike came for the second job at my second home and he was very cordial and pleasant. He also was on time and did a great job!

Landlord hired them to work on rental. Dug before calling proper utilities. Way more to complain about but if that first part doesn't make you think twice then nothing else I have to say will. Edit after owner repsonse... Just because you can do something doesnt mean you should? I noticed worked stopped for days when a yellow wire was hit. Probably would have been best to call before digging yeah? And those original three pits you dug didnt work and you had to dig a full on trench to properly slope the main drain. Now we have a clean out that sits too high and the cover won't close. and a nice sinkhole has formed where you guys didnt backfill good enough. Like I said I had more to complain about but I didnt want to throw it all out. On top of that they left Oatey Primer/glue next to freshly broken fence pickets. Just because the company is 40 years old just means you purchased or were handed down the name. The quality of work or lack of communication speaks to the current state and my experience.
